Privacy Policy

Only after you choose “Allow Meta too”, the public website uses the Meta Pixel to measure page views, product views, checkout starts and purchases confirmed by Stripe. Meta receives browser and connection data, advertising identifiers and event data (product, quantity, amount and currency); this website does not pass your name, email, address or card details to the Pixel. Advertising measurement relies on consent. You can decline or withdraw it through “Cookie preferences” without preventing your preorder. The Pixel is not loaded in Club, account or administration areas. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited also processes data according to its privacy policy. Browser measurement can be prevented by refusal, browser blocking or not returning to the website after payment. These events do not replace the order records in Stripe and Supabase.

The website stores daily page-view counts by page and domain for 365 days, without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. IP addresses, referrers and URL parameters are not stored in this statistics archive. Counts do not identify unique visitors. Form submissions are stored with name, email, optional city, message, language, domain and date, accessible only to the authorised administrator to manage enquiries. Emails sent directly to the mailbox are not included.

When registration is activated, name, email address and the record of reading this policy are used to create and manage the requested account. Authentication and password recovery are provided through Supabase Auth. Passwords are not sent to the Concierge. Club registration is separate from promotional email subscriptions. You may request correction or deletion of your account by contacting the Concierge.

Through the private access form, BACCO may collect name, email address, optional city and message, form language, and confirmation of consent to receive essential communications about the first release.

The website may also process technical information that is strictly necessary for page display, security and basic website functionality.

Data submitted through the form is used to manage private access requests, send essential updates about the development and availability of the first BACCO release and respond to direct enquiries. Processing is based on consent and, where applicable, on steps requested before a possible commercial relationship.

Data is retained for the time necessary to manage the stated purposes or until consent is withdrawn. Requests are forwarded by email to the Concierge mailbox. Hosting and email providers support this service.

Individuals may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time by writing to concierge@pec.baccoheritage.com. Applicable rights before the competent supervisory authority remain unaffected.

BACCO Heritage applies reasonable measures to protect processed data. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area will be managed in accordance with applicable safeguards. This policy may be updated to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
