These terms govern access to and use of baccoheritage.com, the digital presence of BACCO Heritage, and provide information about Aureus Cap preorders.

Aureus Cap: a first release of 300 numbered caps. Numbers 1 to 50 are now available for preorder. Images identified as renders illustrate the cap design. Newsletter subscriptions and Club registration do not constitute a preorder and do not reserve a piece or a number. A preorder is recorded after payment confirmation.

Names, marks, images, text, design elements and website content belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written authorization.

Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and not to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the service, or submit false or misleading information.

BACCO Heritage aims to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical updates. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
